MY DEEPEST FEELINGS AND THOUGHTS TODAY.

Learning each day as it comes to lean solely on God and His promises when one has spent their life even as a Christian feeling they needed to protect themselves from the pain of being hurt can be a difficult journey but God is always there and is gently guiding each step towards Him knowing the amount of pain you have suffered and that fear of being hurt and rejected once more. God promised us He was always with us never leaving nor forsaking us and that He had a purpose and plan for our lives. He also never made us a promise that during our lives we would not face hardships, trials, temptations, pains, sorrows and the list goes on of things God never promised us. However He did promise us that life with Him was worth every moment we go through that is painful because it draws us closer to Him and His word. We have each faced moments in ours lives that we would love to not have gone through yet once we have been brought out on the other side of that situation we realize it was for our own good. We receive a blessing we didn’t expect and see how much God is always really working in our lives. It does not matter how we come to the point in our life that we are facing the situation we are in what matters is how we handle it. My question to myself is always do I give up now or do I keep pushing onward knowing that God is going to see me through to the other side no matter how long that may take. One of my favorite sayings is If God Brings You To It He Will Bring You Through It. This statement is so true. God  never half way lead us some place then leaves us to drown. He always sends us the life preserver to lift us up in those times. He is faithful and Just to keep His Word and Faithful to hear our prayers when we come to Him humbled as a little child before the Father.  To Him it is all about the relationship with Him. It is amazing what happens when we finally learn to just let go and let God.Learn to be intimate with God through His Word and Prayer. Just a little something God is teaching me.
